This uber luxurious high-end "Industrial Warehouse" inspired condo will utterly amaze you with its unique features! Our 2nd-floor family-friendly unit has been completely renovated from floor to ceiling! Gulf and pool views are available from the living room, master bedroom, and balconies. Blown Aweigh is located directly across the street from the Miramar Regional Public Beach which has restrooms, showers, handicapped beach access, beach services, lifeguards and one of the most popular beach restaurants and grills in town, Pompano Joe's Seafood House! Grab a cold one at their beach bar.
The kitchen doubles as a sports bar complete with a 70-inch TV, stainless steel prep counter, under-counter appliances, side-by-side beverage fridges, LED accent lighting, and integrated sheet metal design elements. Hand-crafted designer artwork, furniture, and furnishings have carefully been chosen. Custom-made sheet metal barn doors and under-counter metal kick plates are just a few of the features that will "blow you away"! It's beyond cool, it's downright hip!
From the spacious balcony off the living room and master bedroom, you can watch your family frolic in the community pool or toss the frisbee in the expansive grassy courtyard. The Best Week
This condo is perfect. The location and size are perfect for a family of 5-6. The garage was a huge bonus! There is no need to bring any beach items...coolers, chairs, and wagons are all available. Great communication and Josh even got us into the unit early. We will 100% book again for unit 104A. Thank you for making this one of our most memorable vacations.

2 fabulous weeks at Miramar
We enjoyed every part of our 2-week stay at Blown Aweigh. The condo was just as pictured online, very clean, a great location, and all of the beach equipment in the garage was an added bonus. We had a few very minor issues and Josh was right on top of it almost immediately taking care of everything quickly and efficiently. We would recommend this location if you are looking for a 2 king bedroom in the Miramar Beach area. AC unit worked great, the kitchen was well stocked with quality cooking items and plenty of extra bedding and towels. The beds were very comfortable and the TVs were great!

Blown Aweigh correct name!
Our 6th stay in one of Jay’s units! We have never been disappointed! All units updated and always super clean! Units look as good or better then the advertised pictures on the website. The pavilion palms unit is very private as off the road just a bit but very close to everything! If you’re looking for a destination in Destin, look no further then any of the 12 properties Jay provides. You will not be disappointed! Already planning our next trip!

Great Condo
We have stayed at Pavilion Palms in 4 different condos. This was the best yet. It has everything you need. All you have to do is show up. So many beach items to choose from that we didn't have to buy anything. The condo is stocked with every supply you need. Can't wait to return next year.

Wonderful Vacation
When we first look on Internet to see this condo it seemed almost too good to be true. There must be a catch! But everything was as perfect as it seemed online. Betty and Jay are the most thoughtful hosts. They provided us with all the information we needed. The condo is just perfect! Kitchen is big and contains everything one needs. Bedrooms are very comfortable and one has ocean view. There is a short walk to the beautiful beach.. Everything was super clean and we felt safe even during this pandemic time. Amazing Family Vacation!
We just returned from a week family vacation in this unit (also our first time to Miramar Beach) and it truly was amazing! The unit was exactly as described and even more spacious than I had pictured. We have three daughters all under the age of 5 and had plenty of space. The entire unit was clean and friendly. The pool was clean and hardly anyone ever there, which was perfect for our family! The walk to the beach is so convenient- you can easily pop back over if you need anything. The garage was a definite plus and the stocked beach gear was a hit with my girls and convenient so we did not have to pack chairs, umbrellas, etc. The unit was within walking distance to many restaurants, ice cream, etc. All in all we cannot wait to get back. Thank you for the amazing memories!!!

Blown Aweigh is a True Treasure in Destin Our family has been vacationing in the Destin area twice yearly over the past 15 years. This is by far the nicest condo we have stayed in. It is super clean, a concern given the COVID pandemic. The beds are really comfortable and the showers are heavenly. The owners provided dishwashing liquids, special soaps, and washing machine detergent, which is unheard of when renting condos. She even called me to tell me the condo was ready and we could check in early if we wanted to. We will definitely be returning ASAP!

Blown Away at Blown Aweigh
This is the most unique condo we've ever stayed in, truly incredible. The decor made us feel like we were in upscale warehouse loft apartment, and everything was new. What a remodel job! The monster tv in the kitchen was a big hit as we could watch two sporting events at once. My husband thought that was pretty cool. The location was great too...we could walk across the street to the beach and also to Pompano Joe's. Great seafood, we ate there for lunch multiple times and did a dinner there. It's right on the beach. The condo had a view of the gulf and of the pool. We loved relaxing at the pool after a long day at the beach. For two adults and our children it was perfect.

Location, Location, Location
We have stayed in Pavilion Palms before and in our opinion the location cannot be beat. The owners have hit a home run on this renovation and it shows. This is not your typical condo. You feel like your in a 1960's era manufacturing warehouse. Very cool design with interesting uses of sheet metal everywhere. The driftwood and metal sea-life that hung from the walls were also unique. My wife and I loved this place. Pavilion Palms 2 bedroom condos are large by most condo standards and we like that. As well, the location to restaurants, the grocery store and to shopping can't be beat. We love eating at Pompano Joe's and taking the kids to the Crab Trap (we like the back playground). Very convenient. When at the beach, they have restrooms and showers...and that's a bonus too. We will back to Blown Aweigh, it's a winner!

Industrial Elegance
We had five ladies stay in Blown Aweigh for a short beach getaway and this place. It was awesome. We do this every year and I got a pat on the back for choosing this industrial designed palace. This is nothing like any of our other condos we have stayed in. The beds and sleeper sofa were very comfortable and we loved the metal barn doors. I think we inspected those things for a while. The kitchen felt like you were in an upscale bar with the big screen TV and all the stainless beverage fridges. Very cool stuff. The garage is nice to have for beach chairs and they even had a wagon for all our beach stuff. We also liked that it was next to the elevator as that made it easier to take up our luggage. The unit was located on the 2nd floor and I could easily see my friends down at the pool. We had a blast and we will certainly vacation with Betty and Jay again! Great unit.
