Your family will have a great beach vacation in Destin, Florida when staying at Diamond Cove. This recently remodeled two-story luxury vacation home is located approximately 200 yards from the beach (3-4 minute walk) and is only one of three houses to overlook the neighborhood pool within the EMERALD SHORES subdivision, a gated beach ownership community! EMERALD SHORES is the only residential community in Destin that has a private beach pavilion with restrooms, outdoor showers, beach service, and its very own Cabana Cafe' & Bar! This eliminates having to go back to the home for potty breaks or to rinse off the kids, or just get a bite to eat with a cold beverage. It's all available at the Emerald Shores beach pavilion!
The home boasts two Master Bedrooms with en suite bathrooms. Two queen bedrooms are upstairs that share a bathroom. This is a great set-up for two families with the upstairs bedrooms providing a sleeping area for the kids (sleeps up to 5 kids). Sit out on the front porch with a cold beverage and enjoy your direct view of the main pool! Wall-mounted smart TVs are located in every room. Ceiling fans are located in every area. Diamond Cove also has a detached Mother-In-Law suite complete with a living room, kitchenette, King Bedroom, and en suite bath.
Home is fully equipped with all kitchen wares and utensils for casual or gourmet dining. Your family will appreciate Diamond Cove's large porch, patios, fenced yard, gas barbecue grill, direct view of the pool, and close proximity to the private beach and pavilion.
Diamond Cove is a short walk to the beach, onsite tennis, and local restaurants. The property has free wireless high-speed internet access. Our stay with Diamond Cove was amazing. It accommodated our entire family of 10. Josh is fantastic and made the trip arrangements and booking easy. We had a maintenance issue and Josh was there immediately fixing our problem. The place is amazing. The pool is near and beach was a short walk like 10 minutes.
